Ehemaliges Kaufmannshaus Im Volksmund "de Ru’s" (die Rose) genannt. Erbaut Ende des 17. Jh. für den Aachener Kaufmann Nikolaus Pelzer. Seit 1980 Eupener Stadtmuseum. Im Innern Exponate zur Geschichte Eupens und seines Umlandes sowie Wechselausstellungen.
