Ehemaliges Kaufmannshaus Erbaut um 1750 nach Entwürfen der Aachen-Lütticher Schule für den Tuchfabrikanten André de Grand Ry. Gut erhaltene Inneneinrichtung, bemerkenswert ist u.a. die Rokoko-Haustüre. Seit 1950 Sitz der Tageszeitung "Grenz-Echo".

Former merchant’s house Built in the 1750s to plans from the Aachen-Liege School of Architects for the cloth merchant André de Grand Ry, it has a well-preserved interior. Particularly noteworthy is the rococo main door. Occupied by the daily newspaper "Grenz Echo" since 1950.
