Role Overview:
As Head of the Drafting Office, you will lead and coordinate a team of technical draftsmen, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality design plans for heavy steel structures. Acting as the main technical contact, you will liaise with internal teams and clients, ensuring that all technical specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the drafting team, managing workload and project timelines
- Oversee detailed designs and workshop drawings
- Provide technical solutions for complex design issues
- Conduct on-site steel structure surveys with the team
- Collaborate closely with production and project managers
- Represent the drafting office in client meetings

Kenntnisse / Anforderungen

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a draftsman, ideally with leadership experience
- Strong skills in CAD (Tekla Structure, Inventor, AutoCAD)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Clear communication skills, with a valid Category B driver’s license
